Treasurer/Director of Finance: Managing Accounting, Human Resources, IT and Legal Matters.
Jenell received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1989 and her Master of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1990 from West Texas A&M. She briefly taught Texas & American Government at the College level before returning to school and receiving her Law Degree from Washburn University School of Law in 2001. Jenell went on to receive her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University in 2002. Jenell worked as a Tax Attorney for a Tax Law Firm in Dallas before hanging up her own shingle. She had her own tax law firm from 2006 - 2011. She joined RPMco in September of 2011. She is married with two daughters, three step-sons, and five grandchildren.
