Before joining RPMco in 1985, Eric spent time in the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. Beyond Eric’s administrative duties, his territory includes North Texas, West Texas and East Texas. Eric is a second generation sales representative and a current partner of RPMco. He was named president in 1997 and CEO in 2021. Over his almost 40 year career with the company, he has been, and remains, very active in the industry trade groups and is a past president of both the Manufacturer Reps of America and the Paper Plastic Rep Management Council, now known as IPEX. Eric is married, has 4 grown children, a daughter who is a Nursing Major at Texas Tech and 5 grandchildren.
